There are some other issues that we will need to address in future posts, but I think that this should get us off to a good start, cleaning up your computer. The nice thing about rain is that you don't have to shovel it! I spent almost three hours today cleaning out from this blizzard and another snowstorm is expected tomorrow evening. Thank you for your patience while I analyzed your FRST logs. Please see this topic by Quietman7, one of our foremost computer security experts, on the subject of registry cleaners, optimizers, tune-up utilities, driver updaters, etc. I will also assist with removing the tune-up utility, the use of which is not recommended here at Bleeping Computer. To start that process, I need to see your FRST logs and then we can go from there and hopefully resolve any possible malware issues you might have. Once we can get started on the disinfection process, then I will normally respond within 24 hours of your last post. "Real life" takes away from the time that I would like to be able to spend eradicating malware. I have other commitments for the remainder of today, unfortunately. I had been hoping that you would have posted the FRST logs right away this morning, because I did have time earlier today to undertake the analysis of your logs. In fact, I have to be away for a good part of the day tomorrow assisting a non-profit organization, in the town where I live, with their computer issues, so it will probably be Sunday before I can reply.
Once I receive your FRST logs, it will take a day or two to analyze them. It makes it much faster for me to analyze the logs. I prefer that you copy and paste the contents of all log files that I request. Please copy and paste the contents of both FRST.txt and Addition.txt scan files into your next reply/replies (if your logs are lengthy you may need to split them up into two or more replies). If your logs are large, you may have to copy and paste one log into one reply and the remaining into another reply. Please copy and paste both the "FRST.txt" log and the "Addition.txt" log into your reply. Please review this posted topic and follow the instructions to run a FRST scan (Step ). HijackThis is not Windows 10-compatible and will therefore generate erroneous information and also it will not provide necessary information to identify all of the infections that might be present on your computer. The Farbar Recovery and Scan Tool (FRST) is a far more powerful anti-malware scanning and cleaning tool. HijackThis is no longer used by the vast majority of Malware Removal Specialists, and it hasn't been for years.
